What do you mean by NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENTS? Are they not medicines?
Hectic lifestyle ,unhealthy food habits lead to nutritional deficiencies which can be overcome either by taking balanced diet or supplementing withfood-based nutrients in doses that have been validated for ensuring required benefits to our health.They are not medicines as the quantities of ingredients is just enough to supplement and not treat.
Are they safe ?
Yes absolutely. All our products are completely safe to use, and have no side effects. However, if you have any food allergy, please see the label before using.
Are they safe in pregnancy/ during breast feeding?
It’s best to consult your doctor before using any nutrition supplement,including our products if you are pregnant or are breast feeding.

How long will it take to see results?
Results can take 6-8 weeks to become completely visible (although some people do start seeing results within 3 weeks).

We recommend consuming it daily for 8-12 weeks to see best results. After that, you can have it after every few months or so whenever you feel like giving a boost of these nutrients. It’s perfectly safe to continue using the product for any duration you’d like.

How long does it take for the order to be delivered to me?
Normally, Domestic orders that are shipped within INDIA typically take 3 – 7 business days for delivery, but in rare cases may take up to 20 business days.
